Our services include, but are not limited to: influencer marketing, creator sourcing, UGC coordination, campaign management, social media marketing, and paid media support. All services are provided under agreed scope, timelines, and written contracts between parties.
For standard one-time brand collaborations, Mixfluence Agency does not charge upfront fees to brands. Fees apply only when brands request full campaign management or specific additional services.
All collaborations facilitated by Mixfluence Agency are governed by written agreements to ensure clarity, safety, and transparency for both brands and creators.
Usage rights for any content produced are defined within each specific agreement. Mixfluence Agency does not transfer ownership or usage rights outside what is contractually agreed.
While we aim to maximize the performance of all collaborations, Mixfluence Agency does not guarantee specific results, sales, or performance metrics unless explicitly stated in writing.
Client and creator information, campaign details, and performance data may be subject to confidentiality and are only shared upon request or where permitted.
Mixfluence Agency acts as an intermediary between brands and creators and is not responsible for actions, statements, or content outside the agreed collaboration scope.
